Advansys: AB Serve Group’s new training asset

17 April 2017

Advisteam, the AB Serve Group company specializing in engineering, is broadening its offer by buying Advansys, and now offers advice and training services.

With the purchase of the advice and training company Advansys in Le Havre on 31st March this year via its engineering subsidiary Advisteam, AB Serve Group aims to do two things: reinforce its presence in the west of France by setting up an institution there and broaden the set of services it offers its clients.

AB Serve Group is now able to carry out advice and training missions in Human Resources, project management, quality management systems (ISO standards etc.), Lean Management and much more. These services will now complete Advisteam’s engineering service offer which includes support missions as part of Transition Management, Project Management or Lean Management and Production Quality Consulting.

This is also a major step towards the creation of a Training School dedicated to careers in quality control, a project which the President, André Bousser has made a key objective: “Our continuous improvement strategy is based on professionalization and increasing the competence of our teams to ensure that our services provide ever more added value,” he declares. “Our human capital is an essential driver of competitiveness in a continuously changing economic environment.”

Advansys is led by Sophie Belin who brings us over 20 years of experience in the advice and training sector. She and her dynamic team of consultants are experts in their field and will help give AB Serve Group new impetus and even more professionalism by implementing their slogan “architects of performance” on the ground every day and in all the group’s structures.

André Bousser concludes: “Together, we will build an even sounder structure for tomorrow which our clients will be able to rely on!”
