ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 certification renewed for 3 years
7 August 2017AB Serve’s constant commitment to a strategy of continuous improvement has just been rewarded once again: the management and entire staff team at AB Serve are proud to announce the renewal of their OHSAS 18001:2007 certification and the receipt of ISO 9001 certification following the new reference framework, updated in 2015.
AB Serve and its sister companies welcome the renewal of their certification. They are also delighted to announce that the audit report conducted last May does not mention any major or minor non-conformities. This demonstrates that the group is committed to its continuous improvement strategy and that it enjoys the support of all of its employees.
ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 have become essential client requirements and demonstrate that the three AB Serve Group companies audited put the health and safety of their employees at the heart of their concerns. They show that the companies anticipate risks and assess the opportunities their activities offer while ensuring improvements in customer satisfaction and performance. The certification is valid for 3 years and also confirms that the quality and safety management systems put in place within the four entities are fully compliant with the requirements of the norm.
Fulfilling the ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 reference frameworks and this commitment by the leadership have always been the norm within AB Serve Group. The ISO 9001:2000 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certification obtained very early in the company’s history, in July 2003 and July 2008, provides clear evidence of this. Moreover, the AB Serve Group companies, from the leadership to the ground staff and the process pilots, do not consider that obtaining certification is an aim in itself and they intend to continue this work in their everyday activity.
