ISO 9001 renewed and migration to ISO 45001 successful for AB Serve
10 September 2020The companies of AB Serve Group are proud to announce the renewal of their ISO 9001 certification, as well as the migration of their OHSAS 18001 certification to the new ISO 45001 standard.
Strong convictions
The audit carried out by DEKRA from June 9 to 12 demonstrated once again the commitment and involvement of the management and all the AB Serve Group teams in terms of Quality and Health and Safety at work.
Continuous improvement : a daily challenge
The renewal (for the sixth consecutive time) of the ISO 9001 certification and the obtaining of the ISO 45001 (replacing the old OHSAS 18001 standard – obtained in 2009 and maintained since) reward the culture of continuous improvement of AB Serve Group. These certificates, a guarantee of seriousness for customers and partners, are also recognition for the teams of their daily efforts to establish and harmonize best practices across all structures.
Customer satisfaction and sustainable development at the heart of priorities
The auditors, among other positive points, underlined the professionalism of the teams on the sites and their orientation “Customer Satisfaction” as well as the group’s CSR orientation.
